Now Hiring - Property Manager in Washington Court House, OH

Beacon 360 Management is searching for an experienced affordable housing Property Manager for one of our housing communities in Washington Court House, Ohio. This community is 2 secure buildings on one campus and together has just over 50 units that someone may never guess is affordable housing.

We are looking for a dynamic, goal-driven team player with a proven track record of success to lead this community.

Responsibilities include:

• Hands-on leasing, using One Site Management software.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service for residents.
• Accountable for REACs, MORs, Recertifications, and other HUD-related assessments and compliance activities.
• Ensuring that deadlines and goals are met for the property.
• Providing leadership through any emergencies that may arise.

Applicants must be able to:

• Work independently and be flexible to the changing needs of a property, but also be able to work well with others and provide leadership for the property's team.
• Have excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
• Have a minimum of three (3) years of general supervisory experience in a property management capacity.
• HUD subsidized property management experience is preferred, but not required.
• Senior living management experience is preferred, but not required.
• A High School diploma or GED is required. A college degree is preferred, but not required,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
• Experience with One Site software is preferred, but not required.

Pay: $38,500.00 per year
